JUTAI RMD-12V Delay time converter has 8 type different time zone setting , it can meet JUTAI IRR-7M Reflection photocell application, also can used in other many place, we can treat it as a Relay signal converter to suite different application.

 

JUTAI RMD-12V delay time converter relay has two trigger modes: high level trigger and low level trigger. JUTAI IRR-7M reflective infrared photocell uses low level trigger mode, when using JUTAI time delay converter, we must first select low Level trigger, and setting it by jumper cap.

 

JUTAI RMD-12V delay time converter relay has 8 type different time setting modes,details refer to  the following time setting table.

 

Setting 1:The first group of time period settings, S1 is set to 0, S2 is set to 1, if S4 is not shorted, its time range is from 0.13S to 1.3S; if S4 is shorted, the time range is from 1.5S to 14.5 seconds , Adjust the minimum or maximum value with the rotary switch. The rotary switch is on the left, which is the minimum value, 0.13 seconds. When the rotary switch is dialed to the right, it is the maximum value, 1.3 seconds (applicable to 0.13S-1.3S, not short S4).

 

Setting 2:The second group of time period settings, S1 is set to 1, S2 is set to 0, if S4 is not shorted, its time range is from 0.5S to 5.2S; if S4 is shorted, the time range is from 6S to 58 seconds , Adjust the minimum or maximum value with the rotary switch. The rotary switch is on the left, which is the minimum value, 0.5 seconds. When the rotary switch is dialed to the right, it is the maximum value, 5.2 seconds (applicable to 0.5S-5.2S, not short S4).

 

Setting 3:The third group of time period settings, S1 is set to 0, S2 is set to 0, if S4 is not shorted, its time range is from 4.4S to 42S; if S4 is shorted, the time range is from 48S to 463 seconds , Adjust the minimum or maximum value with the rotary switch. The  rotary switch is on the left, which is the minimum value, 4.4 seconds. When the rotary switch is dialed to the right, it is the maximum value, 42 seconds (applicable to 4.4S-4S, not short S4).

 

Setting 4:The fourth group of time period settings, S1 is set to 1, S2 is set to 1, if S4 is not shorted, its time range is from 38S to 340S; if S4 is shorted, the time range is from 389S to 3700 seconds , Adjust the minimum or maximum value with the rotary switch. The rotary switch is on the left, which is the minimum value, 38 seconds. When the rotary switch is dialed to the right, it is the maximum value, 340 seconds (applicable to 38S-340S, not short S4).
